The Role:
* This is an important role and you will be involved in strategy and firm growth
* Lead and support a team
* Oversee quality and compliance across the teams transactions
* Lead on complex property transactions, including auction work, and provide strategic guidance
* Build and nurture strong industry relationships
What do you need?
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
* At least 5 years PQE within residential conveyancing
* To be a strategic leader ideally with management and business development experience
* Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across teams
