An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional residential care home based in Romsey, Hampshire. The service offers a home for life for adults with severe learning disabilities and complex restrictive behaviours, often associated with autism, including self-injury.
Requirements:
* NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
Key Responsibilities:
* Formulating support plans
* Writing residential core assessments, pathway plans, and reports for professionals
* Working directly with residents and their families to assess risks, strengths, and community living viability
* Managing daily operations, policies, procedures, finance, and administration
* Managing budgets
* Maintaining manual and electronic records
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Clear enhanced DBS
* Experience with Social Services and Local Authorities
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and current legislations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Minimum two years of similar role experience
