We're seeking a dedicated Learner Support Advisor to join our team and play a crucial role in guiding learners through their educational journey. As a Learner Support Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our learners, providing assistance and guidance via various channels, including email, phone, and webchat. You'll be responsible for ensuring learners receive timely and accurate support throughout the application process and during their course enrollment. Key Responsibilities Efficiently process learner applications within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards. Provide ongoing support to learners, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. Offer detailed administrative support from application to course completion, ensuring compliance with regulations. Assist learners with pre-course preparations and ensure timely onboarding. Maintain accurate learner records across multiple platforms. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to enhance customer experience and encourage engagement. Collaborate with other departments as needed to meet demand and ensure operational efficiency. Occasionally work weekends during peak seasons, with compensatory time provided. Desirable Experience Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on phone and email support. Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document verification. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. Experience in a high-volume environment with remote teams is advantageous. Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred. IT literacy and a commitment to improving customer experience.
