Machine Operator, Corby £13.50 - £14.50 per hour doe Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join our client who are a busy and growing packaging manufacturer based in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, day-shift operation with consistent hours and a supportive team environment. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for the operation and set up the machine as a slitter slotter machine operator by the production Manager and the inspection of products being produced to ensure all specifications and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate slitter slotter machinery to produce corrugated packaging to specification Ensure correct tooling, machine settings, and job sheets are followed Monitor product quality and adjust where required Carry out basic maintenance, cleaning, and fault finding Work efficiently to meet production targets and minimise downtime Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety standards Requirements Previous experience operating slitter slotter machines [Advantageous Hands on proficiency within corrugated / cardboard packaging or similar manufacturing Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good mechanical understanding and problem-solving ability Reliable, punctual, and capable of working as part of a team We would expect the...
