Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
* Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
* Strong assessment and intervention skills
* Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with collaborative models of service delivery

Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students.
* Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals.
* Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
* Assist in the development of IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interventions and progress.
* Support and oversee the work of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as needed.
