Have you successfully sold gift FMCG or toiletry products into garden centres and high street retailers? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key garden centre groups for a successful business. You’ll be the commercial lead across national accounts, building strong partnerships and delivering sustainable growth in this specialist retail channel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow relationships with major garden centre groups across the UK.
2. Own commercial performance across key high street and specialist retail accounts.
3. Develop and deliver joint business plans aligned to customer and brand objectives.
4. Lead negotiations on listings, promotions, pricing and terms.
5. Identify new opportunities to expand range, distribution and visibility.
6. Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and product teams.
7. Track performance against KPIs, forecasts and budgets.
8. Look for new potential retailers
Candidate Requirements:
9. Strong experience selling into garden centres is essential.
10. Proven success managing key accounts within gift, toiletries or FMCG.
11. Experience working with high street retailers alongside specialist channels.
12. Confident negotiator with a commercial, results-driven mindset.
13. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
