Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Central Claims (First Notification of Loss) team based in Tamworth.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients and work providers, ensuring a fast, efficient, and supportive claims handling experience over the phone and via email.

Key Responsibilities:

14. Delivering outstanding customer service to all clients and work providers.
15. Provide fast, efficient and accurate service to insurers and customers.
16. Handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
17. Working collaboratively within a team to meet company service standards.
18. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date administration of customer files across multiple platforms.
19. Managing the customer experience journey, including enquiries, complaints and resolutions.

21. Ability to multitask – managing multiple enquiries and cases simultaneously
