We are looking for a highly skilled LGV Apprenticeship Skills Coach join our training team. As a trainer you will be passionate about nurturing and developing the new generation of logistics and warehousing employees.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding teaching and learning sessions to groups in classrooms and through online platforms
* Provide support and mentoring to apprentices
* Conduct regular progress reviews to learners and their line managers
* Support learners and employers to meet the funding requirements of the apprenticeship
* Provide a safeguarding training and wider learning as required.
Essential criteria:
* Hold a relevant assessor qualification such as A1
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards
* Experience delivering apprenticeships using online E-Portfolio systems
* Flexibility to travel to employer sites if required
* LGV licence
* Have a good knowledge of the logistics / supply chain industry
* Have experience delivering classroom training and through online platforms
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have a supportive and nurturing aspect to your personality
* Have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Have an excellent knowledge of safeguarding and the Prevent Duty
* Have a good standard of digital skills – Microsoft Office
Additional information:
* 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

* mileage at HMRC rates (45p per mile for first 10,000 miles, 25p per mile thereafter)
