Extensive experience in delivering software products within scope, time, budget, and quality parameters. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience in executive-level reporting and influence. Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to make structured, data-informed decisions. Background in agile methodologies and modern delivery frameworks. Strong focus on governance frameworks ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 standards. Prior experience in PMO leadership, transformation, or product portfolio management.
