This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Derby office (40 hours per week) with hybrid working and occasional site visits.
Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be the commercial lead for your business area, providing essential financial and contractual support across projects in England and Wales. You'll work closely with operational teams, ensuring accurate cost-value reporting and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Financial management and valuation of highways projects
2. Monthly cost-value reconciliation and reporting
3. Supporting site and office teams on contract and commercial matters
