Job Title: Zoo Crew - Leisure (Temporary) Job Description: Belfast Zoo is seeking 15 enthusiastic Zoo Crew members to support front-of-house operations during the seasonal period. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in the visitor centre, souvenir shop, and memberships, maintaining cleanliness across the site, supporting events and promotions, and performing general admin duties. Key Responsibilities: Welcome visitors, provide information, and manage admissions Assist with souvenir shop sales and stock management Promote membership schemes and maintain records Ensure cleanliness and safety across the zoo grounds Support events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns Assist with cash handling and daily reconciliations Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and Council policies Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, cash handling, and cleaning duties Strong team-working and communication skills Numerically confident for cash handling and stock management Physically fit for outdoor work, lifting, and walking on hills Eligible to work in the UK Additional Information: Work includes weekends and bank holidays Seasonal role: 8 weeks, starting 23 March 2026 Apply Now to join the Belfast Zoo team for a fun, rewarding, and fast-paced experience!
