Static Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer – Denmark Hill – Commercial Estate – Up to £50,000 per annum CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Static Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to be based on a large, well-established commercial estate in Denmark Hill, South East London. You will be part of a dedicated on-site engineering team of 8 engineers, working collaboratively to deliver a high standard of planned and reactive maintenance across the site. Hours of Work: - Monday to Friday (40-hour week) - 08:00am to 17:00pm Key Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and FCUs Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably Perform routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing Ensure all works comply with F-Gas regulations and industry standards Respond promptly and professionally to breakdowns to minimise downtime Accurately complete maintenance records, job sheets, and reports Work closely with the wider engineering team to ensure smooth site operations Identify system improvements and recommend upgrades where appropriate Package: Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays Overtime: Available Ongoing training and clear career progression Requirements: Valid and up-to-date F-Gas certification Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications in Air Conditioning or HVAC Proven experience within an HVAC / Building Services environment Stable employment history within HVAC, FM, or Building Services Strong technical knowledge of a broad range of air conditioning systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and paperwork Professional, client-focused approach with strong communication skills Positive, proactive attitude with flexibility in problem-solving Please send your CV to Bailey White at CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this opportunity!
