The workstream includes a team of approximately 30 professionals spanning reporting, data services, architecture, software development, business analysis, and integration into core business platforms.
A core aspect of this role is to ensure seamless delivery from the systems integrator (SI), while mitigating disruption to other ongoing IT initiatives within the enterprise.

* Oversight of delivery from third-party vendors, including robust performance management
* Coaching team members to adopt and apply structured project management methodologies
* Navigating interdependencies within a broader portfolio of change initiatives

* Can balance delivery urgency with a collaborative and constructive leadership style
* Demonstrates gravitas, resilience, and clear communication skills
* Has experience leading diverse teams and engaging senior stakeholders with credibility
