Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Property Solicitor based in Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, including advising clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating leases, overseeing transactions, purchasing and selling commercial properties, as well as liaising with clients, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to achieving satisfactory outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Conveyancing
Proficiency in general legal practices, with expertise in law specific to commercial property
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex cases and meet strict deadlines
Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years relevant experience in UK commercial property law
