Part‑time | Remote First | 2‑4 Days per month in person (Looe)
We’re looking for a proactive, organized individual to help drive the engine of our sales activity: identifying opportunities, keeping momentum high, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
This is a hands‑on role focused on supporting lead generation, outreach and follow‑up, helping us stay consistent and build a strong pipeline.
What you’ll focus on (core priorities)
* Researching target companies and contacts
* Keeping CRM (HubSpot) up to date and organized
* Tracking follow‑ups and making sure nothing slips
Additional support (secondary)
This is supportive, not the core focus.
What this role is
* Junior commercial support role, ideal for someone who:
* Likes keeping things moving
* Is comfortable with structured tasks and processes
* Wants exposure to sales and marketing in a growing business
What we’re looking for
* Organised and proactive
* Communicate clearly in writing
* Comfortable using tools like HubSpot or willing to learn
* Take pride in keeping things accurate and up to date
* Take ownership of your work and enjoy being relied upon to keep things moving
* CRM systems (especially HubSpot)
