As a Delivery Manager at PDMS, you'll own the end‑to‑end delivery of professional services - from inception to deployment. You'll be the driving force behind successful project outcomes, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. It's a role for someone who is energised by leadership, problem‑solving, and making things happen.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading multiple client‑focused projects, using modern delivery and agile principles
* Owning delivery outcomes, ensuring services are delivered on time, on budget, and to PDMS quality standards
* Shaping and maintaining delivery plans alongside technical teams and stakeholders
* Coordinating internal experts and external partners to meet commitments
* Proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies - keeping everything on track
* Acting as the escalation point for delivery and client challenges
* Contributing to sales, estimation and R&D activities with informed delivery insight
* Supporting financial control through forecasting, invoicing and accurate time recording
* Facilitating stand‑ups, retros, governance forums and operational meetings
What You'll Bring
Essential:
* Experience in project or change management - ideally within an IT environment
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
* Confident problem‑solver who's proactive in removing blockers
* Excellent customer focus, organisation, and time‑management
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams effortlessly
* Financial awareness and understanding of budgets
* Familiarity with web‑based systems and Microsoft Office
* A motivated, self‑directed team player with a passion for great service
Desirable:
* Previous experience as a Project Manager in IT
* Background in systems development
* Experience working across multiple companies or industries
* Knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. DevOps)
* Exposure to ISO standards
* Formal PM qualifications (AgilePM, PMI, PMP, etc.)
