Role: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Brighton (office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Pay: £24,700 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join one of our clients, a busy and supportive organisation based in Brighton.

The Requirements:
Previous experience in administration or sales support is desirable
Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage a high volume of work while meeting deadlines
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team
GCSE (or equivalent) preferred
Full UK driving licence preferred
Must be able to commute reliably to Brighton or relocate before starting
The Role:
Provide day-to-day support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails, offering assistance to customers and external partners
Enter customer details into partner systems to progress finance applications quickly and efficiently
Keep the sales team and customers updated on the progress of live orders
Schedule deliveries with external suppliers and arrange vehicle collections at the end of contracts
Accurately record information into the internal CRM system
Ensure compliance requirements are met while delivering excellent customer service
