South of England | Lead From the Front | Build a D365BC Practice From the Ground Up / £80k + bonus + bens
Are you an experienced D365 Business Central Consultant looking for the opportunity to take the lead and build something exceptional? This is a rare opening to join a small but ambitious D365 BC partner, where you’ll have the autonomy to shape the consulting practice from day one - setting standards, driving delivery excellence, and helping to grow a high-performing team.
We’re looking for someone with broad D365BC / Business Central project / implementation experience, ideally covering Finance, Manufacturing, and Distribution. You’ll bring strong project exposure, the confidence to lead engagements, and the ability to guide clients through their full transformation journey.
If you’re feeling limited in your current role and are ready to step into a position that combines hands-on consulting with strategic leadership, this could be the perfect next move. You’ll work closely with the Owner/Sales Director, so candidates must be based in the South of the UK (Hampshire / Berkshire / Wiltshire) and able to meet regularly.
