The Best Connection are seeking Night Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Manor Royal, Crawley who operate within Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities Night Warehouse Operative:
* Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently to designated locations
* Loading and unloading vehicles in line with safe manual handling practices
* Operating scanning equipment to track and process parcels
* Ensuring parcels are handled with care to prevent damage
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
* Meeting productivity and quality targets throughout the shift
* Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
* Supporting other warehouse tasks as required to meet operational demand
Pay rate will be £12.68 per hour to start off with and increases to £13.38 per hour after 12 weeks of work. Shifts run Sunday to Friday on the night team with the occasional Saturday available. You will ideally be able to work 5 nights per week at a minimum, and there will be options for 6 when needed.
