A successful Customer
Service Representative in our Call Centre will:
1. Put the customer at the heart of what you do
2. Have experience in delivering excellent customer service.

4. Be able to problem solve to achieve the best outcomes for customers
5. Have good communication skills verbally and written
6. Have the ability to work with various computer systems and take inbound calls
You will be responsible for:
7. Responding accurately to inbound customer queries regarding their OneFamily products
8. Taking ownership of a customer’s query from start to finish, making sure it’s responded to within the agreed service level
9. Providing the admin team with clear and correct information to process customer requests
10. Keep up to date with any changes to products, processes and procedures, to ensure the customer is given the correct and relevant information
