Our Total Wellbeing Luton program combines healthy lifestyles with emotional health support, and we’re looking for a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Team Leader to join our dedicated team.
We support individuals in our community facing challenges like depression, anxiety, and phobias. Our approach emphasizes wellbeing and recovery, empowering clients to take charge of their mental health. With our user-friendly service, we ensure accessibility across a wide geographical area.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 to 3 days in service based on needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a PWP Team Leader, you will:
* Manage your own caseload while supervising PWPs and mentoring trainees.
* Provide leadership in low-intensity service delivery.
* Support the development and wellbeing of your team members.
* Collaborate with a leadership team to deliver an ethical and innovative service.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We’re looking for an experienced and qualified PWP with supervisory experience who is ready to step into a leadership role. You should have:
* Registration as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with BABCP.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a team, supporting staff wellbeing and building relationships with external providers.
We especially welcome candidates with interests in cultural diversity, long-term conditions, medically unexplained symptoms, veterans, peri-natal issues, offenders, older adults, and learning disabilities.
