You will work collaboratively with the people we support and colleagues to create an inclusive, respectful environment where everyone feels valued. Your role will involve: Supporting with medication Encouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting Organising trips and activities that promote independence Helping individuals achieve personal goals through tailored support plans and risk assessmentsAbout You No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to make a difference. We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
