* Start times include 4AM, 7AM, 8:30AM, 11AM and 5PM. Shifts are up to 12 hours - factory is operating seven days a week.
Pay rates:
* £12.85 hourly
Essential requirements for Food Production Operative :
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks, follow supervisor instructions respectfully, and work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed
Your role for Food Production Operative :
* Prepare and assemble food products on a fast-paced production line according to specifications.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the work area at all times.
* Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently following training.
* Support the wider team in achieving daily production targets and deadlines.
