As an Early Years Educator you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom – nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child in your care. What you’ll be doing
* Inspire learning through our play‑based N Curriculum
* Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
* Create and implement development‑focused activity plans
* Carry out observations, assessments, and planning for your key children
* Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
* Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
* Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
* Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
Qualifications
* Experience working with children in an early years environment
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
* Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
* Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
* A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
* A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
* Confident communicator with a love for customer service

Location
Hove, East Sussex. The nursery is 150 places located near Portslade station with good train and bus links. Position is Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.
