What You'll Be Doing: Weighing ingredients to precise specifications. Operating machinery safely and efficiently. Completing paperwork and following strict company SOPs. Carrying out quality checks and hygiene duties. Packing and palletising finished products. What We're Looking For: Previous production or manufacturing experience (FMCG environment preferred). Awareness of Health & Safety and Manual Handling procedures. Strong communication skills. A proactive, hands-on attitude. HACCP knowledge is advantageous. Shift Pattern: Rotating 3-shift pattern: 6am - 2pm. 2pm - 10pm. 10pm - 6am. 39-hour week with paid breaks. Pay & Benefits: £14.32 - £15.11 per hour (depending on role).
