Youll play a key role in supporting students academic progress and personal development, while gaining valuable school-based experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of KS3 and KS4 subjects.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a focused learning environment.
Provide guidance and support to students, encouraging engagement and achievement.
Assist with lesson delivery, resource preparation, and classroom organisation.
Work closely with teaching staff and the wider school team to uphold high standards.
What Were Looking For
Experience working with young people in a school or educational setting (paid or voluntary).
A proactive, confident, and professional approach.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to supervise different subjects.
A good understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practices.
