What You Will Be Doing
* Partner with our sophisticated AI systems to resolve intricate customer challenges, acting as the human intelligence that bridges technology gaps and delivers solutions

Application Support Engineer Key Responsibilities
* Combine your technical expertise with AI capabilities to solve complex customer challenges and identify opportunities to improve our AI systems
Basic Requirements
* Location in the Americas (North or South)
* 4+ years of technical customer support or engineering experience
* Proficiency with generative AI tools, including workflow automation and custom GPT development (basic AI usage for content creation or research is not sufficient)

Working with us
