Client Insight and Activation Manager
About the Role
We're excited to introduce a new role at eXPD8 supporting one of our key clients. This position combines client relationship management with data analysis and sits at the centre of how we plan, deliver, and evaluate in-store activity.
You'll manage the full lifecycle of activity: turning data into well-structured campaigns, ensuring field teams are set up for success, and analysing performance to generate clear, actionable insights. You'll connect client goals, operational delivery, and real-world results.
Why This Role Exists
Clients increasingly expect insight as well as delivery. By combining planning, execution, and analysis into one role, we reduce handovers, speed up decisions, and provide a single, trusted point of contact. This role will help shape how we support premium clients across eXPD8.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Partnership
* Build strong, collaborative client relationships
* Lead or support meetings with insights and recommendations
* Translate client goals into effective activity plans
* Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and manage risks
Planning & Delivery
* Support planning, costing, and scheduling
* Create and manage detailed activity plans
* Produce clear briefs for field teams
* Monitor live activity and keep delivery on track
Data & Insight
* Analyse large datasets to evaluate performance
* Build dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI, Excel)
* Identify trends and turn them into actionable insights
* Maintain accuracy and integrity of data
AI & Improvement
* Improve processes and reduce manual work
* Explore AI and automation tools
* Share best practice across teams
