Looking for a new challenge? Have you ever wanted to have a rewarding and fulfilling career where you can make a real difference in people's lives?
It’s an exciting time at Sense as our team is expanding! We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Community Support Worker to join our team in Leamington Spa. Our Get Out There (GOT) Service supports children and young people with their social programme of activities.

As a Community Support Worker, you will be providing 1‑1 support to a child who is non‑verbal, short‑sighted and profoundly deaf to access the community. You will support with sensory activities both at home and in the community. Experience of using British Sign Language (BSL) or having a BSL or Makaton qualification is desirable (or willingness to learn).
