Why This Role Matters We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our growing team. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, from compliance to contracts, to warm welcomes. You’ll also play a key part in sourcing and screening top-tier talent and supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle. What You'll Be Doing Onboarding Coordination : Be the first point of contact for new starters. Oversee RTW checks, references, DBS processing, training setup, and contract admin. Candidate Screening : Review CVs, assess qualifications, and support hiring managers with shortlisting. Recruitment Tools : Use ATS and CRM tools to manage workflows and communications. Team Collaboration : Work closely with Branch Managers, TA Partners and HR teams to meet recruitment goals and hiring needs. Candidate Experience : Ensure every candidate receives timely updates and a positive recruitment journey. Inbox & Phone Handling : Manage communications with professionalism and warmth.
