We are seeking a talented General Manager to lead our business into the future. The GM oversees all business operations, including strategic planning, financial performance, operational efficiency, and team leadership. This role involves setting vision, ensuring profitability, driving growth, and aligning operations with organizational goals. It requires strong leadership, P&L management, and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and proven leadership skills to scale teams, optimize operations, and achieve results in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Leadership Responsibilities
* Develop and communicate a clear vision, goals, strategies, and philosophies related to growth, revenue, profitability, and customer care.
* Review and analyze financial and operational metrics regularly, including revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, and improvement trends.
* Manage departmental teams such as sales & marketing, customer service, professional services, software development, product management, and finance.
* Create an environment where employees feel valued, are highly productive, and enjoy their work.
* Be actively involved in daily operations, including sales, forecasting, R&D capacity, customer support, and project delivery.
* Identify risks and issues, and develop plans for remediation and mitigation.
* Become a subject matter expert on the market, product, and competitors.
* Drive sales efforts to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
* Implement and oversee customer care initiatives, including training sessions and regional conferences.
* Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and coordinate surveys and communication tools.
Research and Development
* Establish and adapt Product Road Maps based on market needs.
* Balance R&D investment with maintenance to maximize growth and retention.
* Ensure Product Managers prioritize and execute R&D tasks effectively.
* Support the growth and development of Product Managers.
* Track revenue forecasts and costs regularly.
