PlannerLocation: CheamSalary: Starting salary is £27,271.40Hours: 8am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday.Job type: Full-time, permanentBridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Planner to join their ever-expanding team.Responsibilities of the Planner:Effectively planning engineers workTake ownership of your engineers' daily workloadInbound calls from the engineers on the dedicated Engineer LineMonitor engineers are ready for work and dispatch unallocated worksCheck previous day has no outstanding worksEnsure all works are planned and completed within the contracts SLAManaging the Action Lists that Planners are responsible forScheduling appointments with customersProactively work towards the reduction of incoming complaintsIn the event of absence, manage and monitor any changes to works scheduledKeeping customers informed and updatedSupport all team members in all tasksEnsure all daily tasks are completedRequirements of the Planner:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal on all levelsAbility and willingness to step up to cover next level tasksProactive approachInnovative whilst working within agreed structureFlexible and ability to adapt to changeCommitted to delivering exceptional service delivery both internal and externalMaintain an efficient, professional and team focussed attitude at all timesTrustworthy and able to promote a confidential environmentCustomer focussedAbility to work within and follow company and client's policies and proceduresExcellent planning and organisational skillsIf you feel like you meet the above criteria for the Planner role, then please apply now!
