Client Relationship Manager
My client is a DCA who uses the latest notification methods as Debt Collection tools. It is because of this approach that they boast close partnerships with some of the largest UK businesses in the Utilities, Financial Services, Telecoms and Insurance sectors.
At the very heart of their business are their people, were always on the lookout for hardworking and talented people to join their team and we are currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work closely with their B2B clients with a background of working in debt industry or banking, preferably for at least 3 years.
The Role
1. Creating an account strategy to drive sales with key clients to meet annual targets.
2. Producing proposals and presentations for customers to land new accounts.
3. Proactively identifying client needs and business opportunities.
4. Working closely with other business units to expand cross selling opportunities.
5. Liaising with other members of the business on existing accounts.
6. Building relationships with key personnel within customer accounts.
7. Monitoring client satisfaction post sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
