Sub Department: Commercial Trading & Planning Job Band: L5 As SkyShowtime’s Commercial Acquisition Manager, you’ll be at the heart of how the business understands and tracks performance. You’ll play a key part in building and maintaining automated performance reporting and analytical outputs that are used day-to-day and facilitate information sharing across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders across many areas in the business, you’ll turn data into clear insights that will support decision-making and drive performance. This role is ideal for someone with 4-6 years’ experience who is keen to further develop their analytical foundations in a commercial environment while delivering high-quality analysis that genuinely influences business performance. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of how a D2C business operates end-to-end, partnering closely with the different teams driving subscriber growth, in an environment with endless opportunities to take on new challenges. Key Responsibilities Acquisition Forecasting: Build and maintain advanced forecasting models for demand, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI to support acquisition marketing strategy and decision-making. Performance Analysis & Insights: Lead deep-dive analyses to identify acquisition trends, variances, channel efficiency, and opportunities; deliver actionable recommendations to optimise campaigns. Business Partnering: Act as strategic partner to acquisition marketing, digital, and ecommerce teams, providing budget tracking, scenario modelling, and performance insights across markets. Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop standardised dashboards and visualisations (Tableau/Amplitude); communicate insights to senior stakeholders and support cross-functional decision-making. What You'll Bring Experience in commercial strategy or performance marketing, ideally in a D2C subscription-based business or the media industry with an acquisition focus (e.g., digital/ecommerce channels). Advanced Excel skills for modeling; experience with forecasting tools; Tableau, Amplitude, or PowerBI skills; strong in translating data to insights. Proven stakeholder management with marketing teams; excellent communication for senior audiences; proactive, detail-oriented in dynamic settings. Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are a plus. Where You'll Work To maximise the benefits of team collaboration we operate a hybrid working model, with the team office based 2-3 days per week. We ask team members to be in the office but offering flexibility is a core value of our team and business. Your primary base will be in Osterley, on the Sky campus, a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Free shuttle buses are available, running to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations.
