About the role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Volvo Warrington.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer updated at every stage, and address any questions or queries they may have. Additionally, you will liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure timely vehicle readiness. You will also offer the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This role is challenging but rewarding, with customer care always coming first. You will take the time to engage with people, build genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Sytner Service Advisors work flexible schedules, which can include weekends, to ensure we provide the highest levels of service to our customers.
About you
Previous experience is not required; we welcome applications from individuals eager to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses run by Volvo to support your career development.
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background is beneficial, as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment. Experience with Kerridge would be advantageous but is not essential.
Please note that we require candidates to have customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement for this role.
