As a Buying Coordinator, you will be making cost effective purchases and ensuring an optimum level of inventory is maintained, raising purchase orders, maintaining records and updating internal databases. You will be organised and have a strong attention to detail.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon Fri 8am-4pm/8:30am-4:30pm

Key responsibilities of a Buying Coordinator
Make cost effective purchases and ensure an optimum level of inventory is maintained
Raise purchase orders, maintain filing records and update internal databases
Maintain the company pricing for stock
Track orders and maintain order confirmations from suppliers
Support the procurement manager with tasks as required
