The role:
STANDARD DBS REQUIRED
Answering Queries:
Respond to inquiries from families, caregivers, and external customers regarding the Family Information Service. Provide clear and accurate information to address their concerns and guide them through available resources.
First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance from the Family Information Service. Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere to build trust and rapport with service users.
Informing External Customers: Effectively communicate with external customers, such as partner organizations, to share relevant information about the Family Information Service and the assistance it offers.
Requirements:
Compassion and empathy for individuals and families in need of support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
