Salary: £32,916 - £45,352 (M1-UPS3) + £5,873 TLR 2B

The Role
As Programme Leader of Religious Studies, you will:
Lead and manage the Religious Studies curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4
Inspire and motivate students to engage deeply with philosophical, ethical, and cultural topics
Drive high standards of teaching and learning within the department
Support and develop colleagues through effective leadership and coaching
Contribute to whole-school initiatives and the wider life of the schoolThe Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Religious Studies
Proven ability to teach across secondary age ranges
Experience in curriculum leadership or readiness to step into a leadership role
Commitment to inclusive education and student achievement
