We operate multiple warehouses, deliver via our own fleet (VIP Delivered), and have six depots nationwide. The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously. You will work with stakeholders across the business to deliver on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards - all while embedding governance, structure, and accountability into our project processes.
Requirements
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
* Create detailed plans with milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
* Lead and facilitate meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring clear actions and ownership.
* Manage risks, escalate blockers, and present data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the use of standardised project tools (scope docs, risk logs, change control, decision logs, etc.).
* Coach and support colleagues to strengthen project delivery skills.
* Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
About You
* 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ideally in growth-led or eCommerce businesses.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Skilled in planning, risk management, and problem-solving.
* Proficiency in recognised project methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Prince2).
* Commercial acumen and ability to make ROI-based decisions.
* Resilient, tenacious, and able to maintain momentum while managing risk.
