Growth & Business Development Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to build, manage and develop EWUK client relationships, growing the business in a profitable and sustainable way. This is a senior, strategic role with a strong hands‑on element. You will work closely with the EWUK Sales & Marketing Director, PSL leadership and wider group teams to shape and deliver group‑wide sales strategies, maximise existing client relationships, and identify new commercial opportunities across EWUK and PSL. You will play a key role in supporting EWUK’s ambition to be a one?stop shop for legal and claims services, driving joined?up solutions, cross?selling opportunities and smart commercial models across the group.

Qualifications & Knowledge
* Strong working knowledge of EWUK group services
* Clear understanding of client and market needs
* Awareness of competitor activity and pricing
* Understanding of legislative and market changes impacting the sector
Experience
* Proven ability to understand client issues and deliver solutions within claims or legal-related environments
* Demonstrable success in a competitive sales environment
* Experience of winning business through tender-driven processes
* Confident presenting sales pitches to complex, senior client audiences
Skills & Abilities
* Advanced communication skills (internal and external)
* Strong sales negotiation capability
* Excellent key account and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively
