The Role
As a Senior or Principal Planner, you will play a key role in the delivery of significant projects involving:
* Strategic planning
* Development management planning
* Planning project coordination
* Client relationship management
* Project management across a diverse portfolio of schemes
You will work alongside experienced planning professionals, supporting both private and public sector clients on challenging and prestigious developments.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* MRTPI qualification
* Experience within a planning consultancy, local authority, or development environment
* A commercial mindset with the ability planning knowledge within the wider property and development context
* Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills
* Confidence in client:facing situations
* Experience managing projects and coordinating planning applications
* A proactive and ambitious approach with a desire to develop professionally
