As our Manager – Distribution Integrity & Support, you’ll be the guardian of Virgin Atlantic’s distribution policies and the go-to expert for sales teams on all things distribution. You’ll lead efforts to monitor and reduce abuse, manage support processes, and ensure our NDC portal and collateral are best-in-class. This is a strategic and operational role where you’ll influence internal and external stakeholders, drive automation, and ensure our distribution ecosystem is robust, efficient, and aligned with commercial goals. Day to day • Own our merchandising platforms and work with suppliers to ensure they’re supporting our business in the optimum way • Maintain and update distribution policies and monitor for abuse, including ADM recovery. • Create and manage support documentation, SLAs, and knowledge bases. • Deliver training and collateral to upskill internal and external stakeholders. • Manage the relationship with our NDC portal provider and oversee roadmap delivery. • Act as a lead for operational and policy-related distribution matters. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and support sales enablement About you Are you someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and collaboration? Do you have a good grasp of the distribution landscape (including NDC), and confident working with data, building business cases, and communicating across all levels of the business?
