Join a luxury skincare and suncare brand as an Account Manager based in London.
The Role
As the full-time, on-site Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the brand account, leading daily operations and driving sales growth. This exciting opportunity requires a proactive, sales-savvy individual with experience in luxury beauty retail. You’ll be the face of the brand in-store, building client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
* Achieving personal sales targets and introducing new clients to the brand
* Driving sales through events, promotions, and new product launches
* Building strong relationships internally and externally to grow clientele
* Ensuring stock, samples, and testers are fully maintained for all trading peaks
* Analysing competitor performance and market trends
* Producing weekly reports and liaising with the teams and Senior Management
* Upholding high brand standards and providing premium customer service
* Representing the brand at external events and PR opportunities
When additional team members join, you will also:
* Set daily goals and track sales performance
* Conduct monthly performance reviews and coaching sessions
* Support staff with clienteling training
* Manage the monthly rota and team schedules effectively
