The Role
ROLE OBJECTIVES
This role seeks a performance marketer with a proven track record of driving growth using paid platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others. You will be responsible for driving revenue and sales for our dental cover products.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and be part of the Retail and Corporate Dental Cover divisions. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours overlapping with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute paid search strategies to increase member acquisition across Google, Bing, and other platforms.
* Manage paid social campaigns to acquire and retain members.
* Create platform-specific ad creatives for channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
* Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI, improve click-through rates, and reduce cost per acquisition.
* Collaborate with sales to align messaging and drive growth.
* Conduct keyword research, manage bids, ad copy, and landing page optimisation.
* Analyse paid social campaigns to maximise ROI and reduce costs.
Own the Complete Funnel
* Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns at all funnel stages.
* Track performance from impressions to conversions daily.
* Identify and troubleshoot issues to optimise performance.
* Report insights regularly to stakeholders.
* Coordinate with design, content, and IT teams.
Budget Management
* Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively for optimal performance.
Testing
* Develop hypotheses and implement testing plans.
* Coordinate A/B testing of ad elements to improve performance.
Performance Reporting
* Generate reports on key PPC and paid social metrics.
* Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Explore New Platforms
* Identify new opportunities for growth.
* Drive revenue through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
* Coordinate with SEO and marketing teams for integrated strategies.
* Communicate performance updates to stakeholders.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
* Acquisition: Grow dental cover sales month-on-month.
* ROI: Measure and improve revenue generated per platform and campaign.
* CAC: Optimize customer acquisition costs.
