Deputy Manager – Residential Children’s Home (EBD) Location: Bradford Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 per annum Sleep-in rate: £60 per sleep Rota: 2 on / 4 off Home size: 4-bed EBD We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed residential children’s home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Bradford. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to progress their career within residential childcare while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
