Job Title: Administrator Base Location: Fareham Salary: Circa £25000 depending on skills and experience, plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing. Working Pattern: Fixed Term Contract (12 Months); Full Time, Mon-Fri. The position is office-based during the initial training period, with flexible hybrid working (1-2 days per week from home) available once training is complete. Enerveo have an extensive street lighting business that manages over 1 million street lights across the UK and Ireland and through design, project management, consultancy, installation, and maintenance we play a major role in reducing energy consumption and carbon footprints helping towns and cities become smarter, greener and more efficient which benefits us all. Could you be our next Administrator to join the team and drive this success forwards? What will I be doing in this role? This role will provide administrative support for the LED replacement project. You will be supporting the Project Managers and on site teams withs tasks that include updating and maintaining project records, data entry, handling incoming queries, scheduling tasks, ensure timelines and processes are met and general administrative support. In a typical day, you could expect to be; Creating job works packs for streetlighting projects Raising purchase orders and processing invoices Input of data into various systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date Data verification Producing performance update reports for the Project Management Team What do I need to be successful in the role? Previous administrative experience Strong Microsoft skills, including excel and the ability to learn new internal systems Ability to organise and prioritise own workloads and assist operational staff with the organisation of their works Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts Confident at communication across multiple platforms - Telephone, Emails, Team, Video Conference Some of our ‘nice to haves’ are; Understanding of the Highways Permit/License process for working on the highways Previous experience working on major projects We can however support the right candidate to achieve any level of industry training/qualifications they may not have in the ‘nice to have’ list Here at Enerveo, we know that some applicants don’t apply unless they think they tick all the boxes- but we are saying don’t worry!
