Highways Maintenance Supervisor Oxfordshire (Depot-based with site coverage) A leading highways contractor is seeking an experienced Highways Maintenance Supervisor to support the delivery of a term maintenance contract in Oxfordshire. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise in-house and subcontract highway maintenance works * Plan and programme works to meet safety, quality, time, and budget requirements * Manage gangs on site, setting daily targets and delivering toolbox talks * Monitor progress, costs, and performance, working closely with commercial teams * Support winter maintenance and out-of-hours operations as required Requirements: * Proven experience supervising highway maintenance or civil works * CSCS essential; NRSWA and SSSTS preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Good IT skills and commercial awareness This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor to join a well-established highways contract.
