Environmental & Sustainability Manager
Location: Colnbrook, Slough
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

We're partnering with a well-established UK food manufacturer to help them find their first Environmental & Sustainability Manager-a newly created position based at their busy production site in Slough.

What You'll Be Doing
Building and leading robust environmental and energy management systems (aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001)
Managing and reporting on carbon emissions (Scopes 1, 2, and 3)
Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, including SECR and Climate Change Agreements
Leading initiatives to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen sustainable practices across the supply chain
Acting as the sustainability voice at group-level meetings-shaping strategy beyond just one siteWhat's On Offer

Solid experience in environmental or sustainability management within manufacturing (food/FMCG is a bonus)
Strong working knowledge of environmental legislation, ISO standards, and carbon reporting
