Recruit, train, and support team members for growth and development.
Manage schedules, payroll, and staffing within budget.
Conduct one-on-one reviews and performance development sessions.
Guest Experience
Be a visible and approachable leader for all guest interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, especially VIPs.
Ensure personalised service and handle guest issues promptly.
Operations
Oversee daily briefings and guest recognition meetings.
