We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. This rewarding role involves delivering a high-quality, efficient, and effective support service to vulnerable individuals with complex needs, including those affected by domestic abuse, substance use, and mental health challenges (no personal care). Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing. Assist individuals in accessing relevant services and resources. Work in a professional, empathetic, and non-judgemental manner. About You: Experience in a similar role is desirable. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Able to provide proof of the right to work in the UK (please note we do not offer sponsorship visas). Flexible, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference. Additional Information: This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Adult & Child Workforce), which will be funded by the company if required.
